Terms of Use

These terms describe permitted use of Evokativ Creative Workspace, operated by Evokativ, for assigned creators and administrators. Contact ocean@evokativ.io with questions. Read the Privacy Policy to understand how your information is handled.

1. Access and accounts

Access is assigned by the workspace administrator. Use your assigned Google account and keep it secure. Do not share sessions, impersonate another creator, access another user's files or attempt to obtain provider credentials. The administrator may change assignments, allowances or access, and may suspend access to protect the workspace or enforce these terms.

2. Creation and allowances

You may submit image and video requests using supported models and settings. Provider accounts are selected automatically. An accepted estimate reserves your allowance; multiple requests may run concurrently when eligible capacity and sufficient allowance are available. Internal allowances are not money, transferable credit or a promise of provider capacity.

Estimated and calculated usage may differ from verified provider charges. Jobs can fail, be delayed or require operator review. The app does not automatically repeat submissions when provider acceptance is uncertain. Completed originals must be stored successfully before they are available for download.

3. Content you submit

Submit only prompts and reference material you are authorized to use and send to the generation provider. Follow applicable law, your organization's instructions and the provider's applicable content rules. Do not submit unlawful material, infringe another person's rights, abuse the service, bypass spending or access controls, or upload secrets or sensitive personal information without authorization.

Your prompts, settings and necessary references are sent to Higgsfield to process generation. Authorized workspace administrators can review your creative records and usage. Do not assume submitted content is visible only to you; see the Privacy Policy for access and processing details.

4. Results and rights

AI-generated media can contain errors, unexpected content or material that needs rights clearance. Review every result before publishing, sharing or delivering it to a client. You are responsible for checking permissions, accuracy and suitability for your intended use.

These terms do not grant rights in third-party material or guarantee an output's originality, exclusivity or commercial-use eligibility. Rights and obligations relating to outputs are subject to applicable provider terms and any separate agreement with your organization or client.

5. Local pilot availability

This release is a local pilot. Availability depends on the operator's computer, network, provider connections, supported models, account balances and account capacity. Some native provider features are not available in the workspace. Continuous availability, completion times and successful generation are not guaranteed.

Keep independent copies of important downloaded results. Disabling access or revoking Google authorization does not automatically delete history, cancel accepted provider work or establish a provider refund. Contact the administrator to review pending work or data-removal requests.

6. Updates and contact

The operator may update the workspace and these terms. Material changes will be communicated to assigned users before they take effect where required. These terms do not replace an existing employment, contractor or client agreement, and do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
